This covers the Corbellic dashboard, Corbellic Management and the Business Builder, run by Corbellic Art, 5740 Tujunga Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91601. It explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
What we collect
From you: your name and email address, your answers on the sign-up form, and your painting plan (for example how many canvases a day).
From eBay, after you connect: your orders and sales totals, eBay fees, listings, traffic, and your campaigns, discounts and offers. You grant this through eBay's own permission page (OAuth). eBay gives us a connection token, which we store encrypted.
From Stripe: your Stripe customer id and subscription id, and whether a payment went through. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us.
From Skool: your Elite or VIP community status, so the right access is set up.
Why we use it
To build your weekly dashboard and receipts.
To run your store: campaigns, discounts, pricing and listings.
To work out and bill the weekly fee.
To email you your welcome, your weekly report and anything that needs you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Only the services we need to run the program: eBay (your store), Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Render), our email provider (email sent over SMTP), and Skool (the community).
Keeping and deleting it
You can disconnect Corbellic at any time from your eBay account settings. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email corbellicart@gmail.com. We keep your data while you are a member and afterwards only as long as needed for billing, tax and legal records. Deletion requests are handled by email: we delete what we are not required to keep and reply to confirm.
