Terms of Service

These terms cover Corbellic Management (store management) and the Corbellic Business Builder, run by Corbellic Art, 5740 Tujunga Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91601. "We" and "I" mean Corbellic. "You" means the member.

1. What you get

Corbellic Management. We set up and run the selling side of your eBay art store with the Corbellic tools: promoted listing campaigns, discounts and coupons, pricing and offers, a weekly dashboard and weekly receipts. You paint and send the work to be listed. The program works when there is work to list: about 8 to 10 canvases a day.

Business Builder. $5,000, paid over 5 months, instead of a weekly fee. It comes with a money-back guarantee: guaranteed results or your money back in full. It includes:

Corbellic runs your eBay operations while teaching you how, so you can focus on painting.
The Corbellic listing tool.
One-on-one scheduling with Corbellic.
Personal access to Corbellic.

2. What Corbellic Management costs

Setup: $297 one time. It sets up your store, your campaigns and your discounts, and includes a year in the Elite community.
Weekly fee: 20% of what the buyer pays (minus sales tax), before eBay fees. A buyer pays $100, the fee is $20. What the buyer pays includes the item and the shipping they paid. The fee is taken before eBay fees, ad fees and shipping labels, and never on what your materials cost.
Nothing in a week with no sales.
Weeks before you joined are never charged.
If a week's fee is under $10, nothing is charged that week. It carries forward and is added to the next week that reaches $10.
Fees are billed weekly through Stripe to the card you paid with. Every week is itemised on the Receipts page of your dashboard. Stripe may show the weekly fee as a tiny price per unit, where one unit is one cent of what buyers paid. It is not a flat weekly charge.
If a weekly payment fails, the tools on your store may be paused until it is paid.

3. Cancelling and refunds

When you join, you agree that the $297 setup fee is non-refundable once your store is set up, that you can cancel at any time, and that coming back later costs another $297.

How to cancel. Email Corbellic Art at corbellicart@gmail.com asking to cancel, and you will be removed from the program.

Fees after cancelling. Fees for weeks already completed (Sunday to Saturday) before you cancel stay due and are billed as usual.

No refunds. There are no refunds. The $297 setup fee and weekly fees are non-refundable, as you agree with the checkbox when you sign up. The only exception is the Business Builder money-back guarantee described in section 1.

4. Your eBay account

You connect your own eBay account through eBay's sign-in and permission page (OAuth), and you may grant Corbellic team access inside eBay. You stay the owner of your account, your listings and your money. eBay pays you directly. You can disconnect at any time from your eBay account settings, which stops the tools from working on your store.

5. Other terms

No guarantee of sales. Except for the Business Builder guarantee above, we do not promise any level of sales or income. The service is provided as is. eBay, Stripe and other outside services can change or fail, and we are not responsible for their actions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes. We may update these terms. If we do, we will tell members by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Who can join. You must be 18 or older and able to hold your own eBay and Stripe accounts in the country where you live.
